摘要 新生儿窒息和缺氧缺血性脑病的发生与氧自由基所致的脂质过氧化过作用有关。8 异前列腺素F2a(PGF2a)的产生不依赖于环氧化酶催化,是氧自由基损害脂质细胞膜多不饱和脂肪酸(花生四烯酸)后的产物。本文对PGF2a的代谢过程、物理性质、生物学作用及检测方法等方面进行了综述,并认为PGF2a水平监测可以作为动态评价新生儿窒息和缺氧缺血性脑病病情变化和治疗效果的可靠生化指标。
