克雷伯菌致病因子的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 荚膜是克雷伯菌的重要毒力因子,荚膜中 K抗原的毒力程度与其所含的荚膜脂多糖(CPS)中甘露糖的量有关,肺炎克雷伯菌荚膜可以抑制宿主的免疫反应。克雷伯菌有两种主要的菌毛,均能使细菌与粘膜或泌尿生殖道、呼吸道和肠道的上皮细胞相结合。克雷伯菌抗血清杀菌活性主要是通过补体介导所形成的连锁反应,在菌体的表面聚集成复合物,在防御机制中具有重要作用。铁在细菌的生长繁殖中具有重要作用,含铁细胞主要是作为蛋白质的氧化还原催化剂,参与氧和电子的转运过程。
