摘要
本文基于中国主要彩电的企业竞争行为及所在战略网络的调查,分析了企业所嵌入的战略网络结构对企业间进攻回应行为的影响。研究表明,不同战略网络的结构特性,例如中心性、结构均衡性、网络密度等对企业的进攻回应行为有不同的影响,即位于战略网络不同位置的企业,其动态竞争行为存在着差异。战略网络中占据好的位置为企业带来了潜在的竞争优势,从而增加了企业采取进攻行为的可能性,同时也潜在地降低了遭遇其他企业进攻的可能性。
The purpose of this work is to develop a conceptual model relating key network structural properties to competitive action and response. Based on the investigation in the industry of color- TV, the finding suggests that network structural properties, such as cen-trality, structural equivalence, network density, etc, have an important effects on the competitive action and response of firms embedded in their strategic networks. Dynamic resource flows and differentiated structural positions lead to asymmetries and influence firms' competitive behavior toward rivals in the network.
