摘要 低压公用配电线路的线损往往大于高、中压配电线路的线损, 其原因是无功补偿在低压配电线路上未能得到很好的应用。为达到大幅度降低整个配电系统有功损耗的目的, 介绍了低压配电线路无功优化的经典模式———“三分二法则”, 论述了应用此法则实现最优配置的步骤和最优控制的方案。最后, 列举了算例, 对各种降损措施的效益进行了比较。结论是低压线路无功补偿的效益显著, 今后应把无功补偿的重点从高、中压配电系统和变压器侧转到低压配电线路中。 The line loss of LV public power distribution lines is often higher than that of HV and IV distribution lines,which is caused by poor application of reactive power compensation to LV distribution lines.To greatly reduce the active loss of the whole distribution system,this paper describes the typical pattern of reactive power optimization on LV distribution lines,i e.the rule of two thirds.The approach of using this rule to realize optimal configuration and the schemes of optimal control are expounded.Through case analysis,the benefits of different loss reducing measures are compared,coming to a conclusion that reactive power compensation on LV distribution lines can bring prominent profits,and future stress of reactive power compensation should be put on LV distribution lines instead of HV and IV distribution systems and transformer side.
