粤连电厂二期工程双曲线冷却塔通风筒施工技术

摘要 粤连电厂二期 3 500m2双曲线冷却塔的通风筒施工在冬季, 受气候影响施工难度大。综合考虑施工安全、质量、工期等方面因素, 在通风筒壁的施工上采用了电动提升模板施工新技术。通过对电动提升模板施工系统工作原理、施工工艺的介绍, 详细说明了通风筒壁各部分施工中应注意的问题。实践证明: 与传统的附着式三角架施工技术相比, 该技术具有安全可靠、施工效率高等优点。 The construction of the trunks for two 3 500 m^2 hyperbolic cooling towers in second-phase project of Yuelian Power Plant was in winter,which caused great difficulty in construction.In comprehensive consideration of construction safety、quality and schedule,etc,the new technique of electrical template-hoisting was adopted in constructing the trunk walls.This paper describes the principle and construction procedures of electrical template-hoisting construction system,and expounds the points for attention in constructing the trunk walls.Practice shows that the said technique is reliable,safe and efficient as compared with conventional construction technique with attached brandreth.
