依那普利对冠心病人左室舒张功能的影响

Effect of enalapril on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

应用依那普利治疗冠心病心绞痛患者４０的，１２周后，临床总有效率为９２．５％，心电图总有效率为７２．５％。依那普利尚有降低血压、改善左室舒张功能的作用，适合于心绞痛伴轻、中度高血压病人的治疗。

In the present paper effect of enalapril on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease is discussed.40 cases of angina pectoris were treated with enalapril(5～10 mg bid).12 weeks after the treatment, the average clinical effective rate of enalapri was 92.5% whereas ECG showed the average effective rate was 72.5%. This result indicated that enalapril is effective in reducing blood pressure and improving left ventricular diastolic function.This study also demonstrated that enalapril is effective in treating angina pectoris patients with moderate hypertension.
