Whether Importer's Country Should Take Countervailing Measures on Behalf of the Third Party

文章主要针对《补贴与反补贴措施协议》中无“代表第三国的反补贴行动”规定的缺陷,分析了增加该规定的现实意义,并对应该增加的条款内容提出了笔者自己的见解。

The defect of being no stipulations of'taking countervailing measures on behalf of the third party'in the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures(ASCM) is a key point the present paper seeks to analyze, and the importance of replenishing the ASCM is also analyzed. The author puts forward the view that some relevant stipulations should be added to the ASCM.
