摘要 比较了土壤养分的常规测量方法,根据建立农业地理信息系统时土壤肥力测量要求,选择了离子选择电极测量土壤肥力的方法。分析了离子选择电极的测量特性.详细叙述了土壤采样、样本的制备以及钾离子敏传感器的校准过程,并且对江苏省镇江市瑞京园蔬菜种植园进行了实际的取样测量分析。 In this paper the normal methods for measuring soil nutrient were discussed and the method of using ion -selective meters was selected according to the requirements of creating an agriculture GIS system. The character of ion-selective meter was analyzed and also described the methods detailedly for getting the soil samples, for preparing the soil solution samples and for calibrating K+-selective meter. In the end, the paper described a practical experiment that the authors got some soil samples from Ruijing Farm in Zhenjiang City of Jiangsu Province and measured soil nutrients with the application of ion-selective meters.
