摘要
在分析铲式成穴器的结构特征和工作过程的基础上, 建立了打穴铲各关键点的运动轨迹方程。进而对影响成穴器工作性能的参数及其影响规律进行了计算机辅助模拟分析。分析结果表明,穴孔的形状和大小由打穴铲两个下端点的运动轨迹所决定。通过理论分析和计算机模拟,建立了穴孔轮廓的参数方程,并推导出穴孔长度和穴孔宽度的理论计算公式。为铲式成穴器的参数设计和实际应用提供了理论基础。
On the basis of analyzing construction characteristics and working procedure of revolving spade soil opener, mathematical models describing moving traces of the key points on the spade were established. Computer aided analysis method was utilized for investigating the effects of parameters of the spade on working performance. The results showed that only the lower two points of the spade played the determinant roles during the hole forming within the soil. Mathematical model describing the shape and forming process of the soil hole was developed. Theoretical formulas for calculating the length and width of the formed soil holes were developed. The study provided a theoretical basis for design and application of the revolving spade soil opener on precision sowing machinery.
