摘要 针对中油股份公司各油气田开展新油气田建设优化和老油气田改造简化工作,通过总结新油气田建设优化取得的成绩,提出了应用系统工程理论的观点、方法,坚持建设程序,明确优化的重点和步骤,应用计算机优化软件,提高油气田地面工程建设的优化水平,使油气田地面工程建设和管理实现精细化、集约化、现代化。 The optimization of construction in new oil-gas fields and simplification of reconstruction in old fields have been made in PetroChina Company. The achievements in the optimization of new fields are described. The system engineering theory is used to optimize the construction of new oil-gas fields. The optimization level of the surface engineering in oil-gas fields is improved by persisting in the construction procedure and confirming the important approach in optimization. The optimization software is made and used to enhance the construction and realize the fine , intensive and modern management of surface facilities in oil-gas fields.
