摘要 大庆油田近几年在地面工程建设中采用了许多新工艺、新技术。在聚合物驱方面,采用了无专用储罐配制母液的“短流程”、“一管两站”工艺以及可搬迁注入站,并研制了新设备、新药剂,提出了大规模开展聚合物驱地面工程总体布局设计的新思路和新方法。在污水处理方面,采用了横向流聚结除油器、射流曝氧技术、穿孔管排泥工艺以及化学杀菌法、物理杀菌法。同时,在外围油田和老油田的三次采油及节能降耗方面采用了新工艺、新技术。文章总结了前几年在建设模式、经营模式以及工艺和技术创新的情况,针对油田开发形势的变化,提出了今后几年大庆油田地面工程建设中技术发展的新思路。 The Daqing Oilfield Company has performed practical research and procedure simplification in the construction of surface engineering. In the process of polymer flooding,the short process is adopted for producing polymer liquid without confecting tank. One pipe is set betweentwo stations in the process flow. The movable infusing stations and new type dehydration device are also utilized. In the process of wastewater treatment,the transversal flow coalescing oil separator was adopted. The perforate-pipe sludge draw method , pressure water-injection aeration method,chemical and physical sterilization technologies are applied. In the construction of peripheral low-permeability oilfields,tertiary infilling of old oilfield and power saving,the up-to-date process and service are applied. The distinctive surface engineering techniques are developed to satisfy the need of oilfield development , which controls the rising of engineering investment and production cost. Meanwhile,as for the problems existing in the oilfield surface engineering,the general developing program and strategy of surface engineering techniques have been confirmed by Daqing Oilfield Company.
