近几年来,新疆油田公司精心进行了企业规划工作,加快了企业的发展速度,提高了企业的管理水平。决策层的高度重视和部门的积极支持是做好规划工作的重要保障;科学的指导思想和合理的工作制度是做好规划工作的关键;深入的专题研究和有效的体系支撑是做好规划工作的基础;注重系统集成、坚持滚动优化是提高规划可操作性的必然要求;充分的前期论证和严格的项目管理是推动规划落实的必备条件。在制定企业发展规划时,始终坚持突出前瞻性、系统性和可操作性的统一。
The optimum planning of enterprise has been made by Xinjiang Petroleum Company in recent years. The optimum planning is an important basis for promoting the development and for improving the management level of the enterprise. Great attentions of the leaders for deciding plan and active supports of relevant departments are important guarantees to achieve a successful planning. Scientific guidelines and rational working rules are the key for making good planning. Detailed study of special topics and effective systemic supports are also the basis of successful planning. System integration and continuous optimization are necessary for improving the operability of the planning. Sufficient proof and strict project management are also necessary to make the planof enterprise. In order to perform a scientific,rational and effective instructional planning,the leaders of Xinjiang Petroleum Company insist on the principles of looking forward ,systematology and operability.
