摘要
为进一步优化高精度仿真伺服系统的数据采集和仿真性能,应用WindowsVxD技术设计了一种新颖的高精度仿真伺服系统实时控制方案,给出了伺服系统中仿真机软件的WindowsVxD的关键技术实现。该仿真伺服控制系统整体结构采用三闭环控制。实际工程应用表明,基于VtoolsD软件开发平台、用C++语言开发设计的高精度伺服仿真系统的WindowsVxD仿真软件,其控制精度可达到0 0001,满足控制系统的精度和要求。
In order to optimize the character of data acquisition and simulation of a kind of high precision simulation servo system, a novel realizing scheme of applying Windows VxD technique to high precision simulation servo system was designed. The principle of Windows VxD was introduced in detail. A new real-time control method of servo system was proposed, and a triple close-loop control scheme was adopted in the high precision simulation servo control system. The results of the practical application indicate that the Windows VxD simulation software based on VtoolsD can achieve 0.000 1 degree, and can satisfy the controlling precision and function requirements quite well.
