摘要
针对高含砂油井存在的砂埋柱塞、砂卡泵和漏失严重等问题,研制了自旋式防砂泵。该泵采用了旋转接头、螺旋阀罩、柱塞总成、刮砂器于一体的多功能防砂结构,具有排而不卡和漏失量小的特点。该泵在游动阀罩上开有螺旋槽,螺旋槽相对阀罩的轴线有一个螺旋角度,在下冲程时,流经螺旋槽的原油对柱塞产生水平分速度,产生使柱塞相对泵筒间歇转动的转矩,从而使泵筒和柱塞均匀磨损,延长泵的使用寿命。通过 15 井次的现场试验,平均单井延长检泵周期53 4 d,提高泵效5 6%。
The self-cyclone de-sander is developed for treatment of sand problems in high sand content well.The pump consists of swirl nozzle,valve cover,plug assemble and sand scratcher.It features the discharging sand without blocking and less leakage.A special structure is adopted in this assemble to cause produced sand going in swirl way along whorl notch which causes evenly wearing between pump drum and plug.15 tests on site show 53 4 days prolonged for pump maintenance and 5 6% pump efficiency increased.
