摘要
通过MTD型钻杆无损检测设备在钻杆分级管理中的应用,杜绝了钻杆本体刺穿事故的发生。从标准试件的设计与加工、设备及软件的改进、盲区的控制等方面提出了改进建议,可进一步提高下井钻杆的质量。
Through the application of MTD non-destructive testing equipment in drilling pipes cut-through was eradicated. The improvement was advised in some aspects ,just as the design and machining of standard test-piece, the improvement and software , and the control of blind area etc.lt is helpful for improving quality.
