摘要
在新型牙轮钻头上,螺纹锁紧环代替了原来的滚珠,起锁紧牙轮、防止牙轮脱落的作用。文章采用弹塑性接触有限元法,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,将材料的非线性和状态非线性耦合求解,同时,考虑了轴向载荷对螺纹锁紧环螺纹联接性能的影响,通过分析计算得出了各螺纹牙面的接触压力、轴向位移和 Von Mises应力的分布情况,为螺纹锁紧环的设计提供了理论依据。
On the new type of rock bit, thread-locking ring, which replaces original ball, serves as locking roller to prevent roller off the journal. Using the finite element analysis method of elastoplastic contact and FEA software-ANSYS, and giving the coupling between material nonlinear and state nonlinear, this paper discusses the influence of the threaded coupling function on axial load. Through the distribution condition of Von Mises stress, axial displacement and the contact pressure of each screw thread tooth surface, it can offer theory basis for thread-locking ring design.
