摘要 　采用高效液相色谱法,可同时测定一个模拟胆汁样品中胆固醇、卵磷脂和胆酸盐的含量.与传统方法相比,该方法具有简便、快速和准确的特点. A method was developed for the detection of cholesterol, lecithin, and bile salts in model bile by HPLC simultaneously. Comparing to the traditional methods, it is a simple, quick, and accurate technique.
