摘要
旅游业人才需求空间巨大,然而高校旅游人才行业的流失率却居高不下,供需矛盾凸显.本文以江苏为例,通过抽样调查,分析得出学生期望的薪酬与企业成本因素、个人发展与企业发展失调、企业期望学生具备的知识结构、工作经验、能力与实际的差异是供需错位问题的主要因素,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议.
There is a great space in the requirements of qualified persons in tourism, while most qualified students majoring in tourism graduated from universities flow into other industries, thus a big disparity between requirement and supply can be seen obviously. Take Jiangsu Province for instance, by analysing questionnaires, a conclusion is made that imbalances are the main reasons between expected payment and company costs, uncoordinated growth of individuals and corporates, dissimilarity between companys’ expected knowledge structure, working experience and abilities and what students really have. Corresponding measures and suggestions are finally raised on the base of the study.
