8-羟基喹啉硼化锂材料及器件的特性研究

摘要  详细叙述了有机电致发光器件的工作原理及蓝色有机发光材料8羟基喹啉硼化锂(LiBq4)的制备方法、结构表征,并讨论了利用LiBq4研制蓝色发光器件中存在的问题. The work principles of organic electroluminescent devices and the preparation methods and investigation on structural characteristics of blue organic light-emitting material-lithium tetra-(8-hydroxy-quinolinato) boron (LiBq_4) are discussed in detail. The open questions in the preparation of the blue organic electroluminescent devices by using LiBq_4 are dealt with.
