摘要
针对YD4140型切槽机主轴系统工作中存在的不平衡现象,运用自动控制原理和转子动力学原理进行了分析,通过编程对平衡重进行了计算和仿真优化.结果表明,平衡后切槽刀刀尖位移振幅减小了许多,提高了刀具寿命和切削的稳定性,改善了主轴系统的稳定性.因此,校正后的结构是可行的.
The unbalance in the main shaft system of YD4140 notching-cutting machine has been analyzed by means of automatic control theory and rotor-dynamic theory, and then a set of balance-weight value has been got by programming and calculating. The results by simulation show that the displacement amplitude of vibration of the cutting-tool has been de-minished, which is propitious to prolong the life of the cutting-tool, and to enhance the cutting stability. The stability of the main shaft system is assared: Hence, the structure after emendation is feasible.
