摘要
由于现场工作环境、仪器本身等各种因素的影响,工程测试中获取的模拟信号常常混有噪声干扰,另外,采集 的信号中有些低频或高频成分在诊断过程中是不起作用的,他的存在只能是增加系统的运算量,降低系统运算速度。所以,在 对采集的数据进行诊断处理前,需要对数据进行必要的滤波处理。系统地阐述了数字滤波的概念和优点以及数字滤波器的设计 方法,并着重阐述了长治钢铁(集团)有限公司六高炉风机实时监测与诊断系统滤波模块中的数字滤波器的设计。
Because of the influence of work environment and instruments, the simulative signal obtained in the engineering test usually is mixed with an interference of noise. Moreover, signal of low frequencies and high frequencies in the collected signal have no effect on the process of diagnosis.The existence of them increases the amount of operation, lowers the system′s operation speed. So, before the data processing of the collected signal, they must be filtered. This paper elaborates the concept, advantages, and the design method of numerical filters. Especially, the design of the numerical filter of the automatic continuous monitoring and diagnosis system in fault diagnosis of the No. six blast furnace in The Changzhi Steel Ltd is expounded.
