摘要
针对传统继电接触控制的镗床存在电路复杂、可靠性差、故障诊断与排除困难等缺点,提出了用可编程控制 器对镗床控制系统进行改造。介绍了OMRON公司CPM1A系列可编程控制器在镗床控制系统中的应用,给出了可编程控 制器改造T68镗床电气控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计,其中包括可编程控制器的机型选择、输入/输出地址分配、输入/ 输出端接线图及可编程控制器梯形图程序设计。详细地分析了用可编程控制器控制镗床的工作过程。说明了可编程控制器 控制取代传统继电接触控制的方法,使得镗床的可靠性和效率大为提高,在工业上有广泛的应用前景。
Because of traditional relay control of boring machine, there are lots of disadvantages which include device complexity, inferior reliability, malfunction analysis and trouble obviation, The paper shows PLC to improve the electrical control of boring machine. The application of CPM1A series PLC of the corporation of OMRON in the control system for boring machine is introduced in this paper. The paper gives the design of hardware and software about the electrical control of T68 boring machine, which include selecting a model of PLC, distributing address of I/O, wiring diagram of I/O and design of programmable trapezium. The process of working about the control for boring machine based on PLC is detailed analyzed in the paper. It explains that PLC can replace the traditional relay control of boring machine, the reliability and efficiency are improved and has extensive prospect industry.
