摘要
在室内控温和田间罩笼条件下, 研究了不同温度和补充营养对中红侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命的影响。结果表明: 随着温度的升高, 成虫寿命缩短, 不同温度条件下成虫寿命存在显著差异; 补充蜂蜜水能明显延长成虫寿命; 相同条件下雌虫寿命明显长于雄虫寿命。在18℃并饲喂10%蜂蜜水条件下, 成虫寿命最长, 雌虫为15 36d, 雄虫为9 06d; 在38℃不饲喂条件下, 成虫寿命最短, 雌虫1 09d, 雄虫1 00d。在田间罩笼试验中, 中红侧沟茧蜂成虫寿命在没有寄主和营养补充的条件下, 雌、雄成虫的寿命分别为5 24d和3 80d; 当有棉花植株但没有寄主时, 雌、雄虫的寿命分别为7 64d和3 88d。中红侧沟茧蜂田间释放后成虫累计死亡率随释放天数的增加而增加, 释放8d后, 雌、雄虫累计死亡率分别达到91 67%和98 33%。
The effects of temperature and nutrition on the adult lo ngevity of Microplitis mediator(Haliday) (Hymenoptera:Braconidae) were examined in both laboratory and field experiments.The results indicated that a dult longevity had significantly difference under different temperature conditio ns and decreased with the higher temperature.Honey water can effectively enhanc e longevity of wasps.The longevity of female wasps was longer than that of male wasps under the same conditions.The adults have the longest longevity of 15.3 6 days for female and 9.06 days for male in 18 ℃ with 10%honey water supply an d the shortest longevity of 1.09 days and 1.00 days in 38℃ with no food suppl y.In field cage experiments the adult longevity was 5.24 days for female and 3 .80 days for male in cages with no cotton plants and hosts and 7.64 days for f emale and 3.88 days for male in cages with cotton plants.After released in cot ton field,the percentage cumulative mortality of M.mediator wasps was increased with the released days and reached 91.67% for female and 98 .33% for male in the 8th day.
