丛生福禄考扦插繁殖技术研究

Study on Technology of Cuttage and Reproduce of Phlox Subulata

采用不同部位苗茎,从扦插基质、时间等方面对丛生福禄考扦插繁殖成活率的因素进行了研究.结果表明:丛生福禄考苗茎不同部位生根能力不同,苗茎中部做插穗生根率最高(89.7%);试验所选用的3种扦插基质中,1:1沙土基质更适合于丛生福禄考扦插繁殖;用萘乙酸不同浓度处理插穗,生根率较高(88.3%);5～6月间,插穗的成活率随扦插时间的推迟而迅速下降,扦插适宜时间为5月上中旬.

This experiment studied the factors that affected the s ur vival rate of cuttage and reproduce of Phlox subulata.The conclusion proved tha t the different parts of Phlox subulata had different root-growing competences .The middle parts had the highest survival rate,up to 89.7%.In the experiment we selected pure sand,sand:soil (1∶1),sand:soil (1∶2) as the cu ttage media.The sand:soil (1∶1)was more befitting one.And the root-gr owing rate of the quicksets dealt with the naphthylacetic acid (200 mL/L)was the highest,up to 88.3%.During May and June,with the time delaying,the survival r ate descended quickly.The most condign time was the first twenty days of May.
