摘要
对12个具有较大推广面积的河北省育成水稻品种的品质评价证明, 河北省育成的水稻品种加工品质及食味蒸煮品质较好, 外观品质一般, 主要营养品质蛋白质含量偏低。农业部新颁布的优质稻谷标准水平提高, 说明对品质更加重视。今后河北省水稻品质育种应以提高蛋白质含量及改善外观品质为重点, 并提出了优质育种亲本的利用及改良关键技术。
The quality traits of 12 rice varieties bred and widely a ccepted in Hebei province were evaluated.The result showed that the processing quality and cooking quality of the rice varieties bred in Hebei province were be tter,the exterior equality was general,the protein contents were lower.The rais e of quality criterion of rice grains,indicated that the quality of rice grains was taken more seriously nowadays.From now on,we should focus on how to improve the protein contents and the exterier quality in rice breeding.The key technol ogy about how to use and improve the promising parent in quality breeding was pu t forward.
