SF0020是8-bit嵌入式网络单片机,它内含10/100M bps的MAC模块,提供IEEE802.3 MII界面,可与外部的Ethernet 物理层芯片DM9161直接连接,实现以太网接入。本文主要介绍了SF0020、DM9161芯片和它们的连接,以及基于TCP/IP协议的软件方案。

The SF0020 is an 8-bit embedded network microcontroller, with 10/100M bps EthernetMAC. Its IEEE 802.3 MII interface can directly connect to physics layer chip DM9161 and enable theSF0020 to access and communicate over the Ethernet. In this article, the features of SF0020 andDM9161 and how to connect SF0020 to DM9161 are mainly presented. The application program designbased on TCP/IP of the system is presented too.
