介绍了超高速纺丝生产聚酯细旦高取向丝的过程,探讨了干燥、纺丝温度、纺丝组件、纺丝保温及集束上油对生产的影响,通过优化工艺生产出了优质的高取向纤维(HOY)产品。
The super short spinning process and extra high speed for fine denier PET HOY was introduced. The influence of drying, spinning temperature, spin-pack,insulation and spin-finish application on production was discussed. The top quality of HOY products were manufactured by optimized process.
