铜陵市市区围产儿出生缺陷监测资料分析

Analysis on Monitoring Data of Birth Defects of Perinatal Infants in 1998~2203 in Tongling City

目的了解铜陵市市区出生缺陷发生状况，为制定预防措施提供依据。方法对铜陵市市区1998～2003年围产儿出生缺陷监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果铜陵市市区总的出生缺陷发生率为7．44‰。1998～2002年出生缺陷的发生率为5．53％o～7．62‰，2003年出生缺陷发生率达12．3‰。出生缺陷的顺位为先天性心脏病、多指(趾)、唇裂合并腭裂、小耳、唇裂。不同性别、年龄段和季节的出生缺陷发生率未见显著性差异。结论除2003年外，铜陵市市区的出生缺陷发生率低于全国平均水平。今后仍应有针对性地采取三级预防措施。

Objective To get hold of prevalence situation of birth defects among perinatal infant population in the urban areas of Tongling and provide scientific bases for developing prevention strategies. Methods Monitoring data of birth defects of perinatal infants in 1998~2003 in the urban areas of Tongling were analyzed retrospectively. Results Total incidence of birth defects in the city was 7.44 . From 1998 to 2002, there was an increasing trend of the incidence rate with 5.53~6.49 and even to 12.3 especially in 2003. The sequence of occurrence probability of birth-defects was as follows: congenital heart defect, polydactylia, cleft lip with cleft palate, small ear, cleft lip. The incidence of birth defects of infants was the lowest whose mothers were at the age of 25~29 and birthdays were in spring.Conclusions All the total incidences of birth defects in the urban areas of Tongling were lower than the national average level but in 2003. We should focus on establishing 3-phases preventive system for birth defects of infants later on.
