气固鼓泡流化床的流动特性数值模拟 被引量:18

Numerical simulation for fluid dynamics in a gas-solid bubbling fluidized bed

摘要 为了模拟研究均匀布风的气固鼓泡流化床的流动特性,建立双流体力学模型,利用计算流体力学软件(FLUENT)并通过软件接口插入自编的计算气泡频率、气泡速度、气泡长度程序模块,成功模拟出鼓泡流化床的颗粒循环及气泡的特殊流动状态。计算的气泡频率、气泡速度、气泡长度与实验结果相符。 A comprehensive two-dimensional model was developed for studying dynamics in a gas—solid bubbling fluidized bed. In the model, gas and solid phase are treated as two interpenetrating continua. So a two-fluid model is presented. And a software model which is used to simulate the bubble frequency, the bubble velocity and the bubble length is added into CFD software. The software model was wrote by author. Numerical simulation was carried out for simulating the fluid dynamics in a bubbling fluidized bed with uniform air injected at the bottom of the bed by using CFD software. The simulation results are analyzed and compared with the experimental data reported in literatures. The bubble frequency, the bubble velocity and the bubble length of the simulation results were tally with the experimental data.
