摘要
化工原理实验CAI软件是为提高化工原理实验总体效果而研制的。该软件以WINDOWS作为开发与应用平台,采用了三维图形用户界面。系统所使用的数学模型经过充分分析、论证,能严格、细致地模拟各实验过程;各实验界面设计模仿了真实实验环境和设备,立体感、真实感强;实验仿真过程中,实现了相关信息的实时、联动显示,可以在任何操作状态下反复再现实验过程,真正体现了工程性仿真;实验操作不用记忆任何复合功能键,只要“按动”或“旋转”具有真实感的“开关”和“阀门”,实现了“无操作手册操作”;实验原始数据记录和数据处理结果显示等功能齐全,做到了边实验、边进行数据分析处理、边显示,实现了“所见所动即所得”;切实采取了容错技术和手段,同时设计了在线信息提示功能。本文概述了该软件的结构特点、编程技术及系统界面设计、模型设计方法。
This paper documents that the main designing purpose of 'the experimental simulation software of unit operations'which is developed to improve overall result Windows is used for this software as development and application platform, also used 3-D GUI. The mathematical models of system which have been completely proved, analyzed and concluded can imitate all experimental process lifelike and show scitifically. The design of each experimental interface imitates real experimental surrounding and equipment with strong third dimension. In the course of experimental simulation, the system has realized really engineering simulation for its entity (synchronous, linkage display) and excellent repetition at any operating state. It is not necessary to study memorize any complexing function buttons, only need to press or rotate the lifelike 'on-off' and 'valves'. This obviously improves the experimental effection. The system has realized 'what you see is what you get'. i. e,the system can record original data and disply data handling result. User dont worry about wrong operation and computer halted, because the system adopted the fault-tolerance technique. At the same time, with pointing out function on-line,the system is safe and responsible. This article also summarize the structural speciality of this software, the methods of system interface and model design.
