分析了卷圆件的工艺性,介绍了其级进模总体结构和排样方案,实践证明该模具结构合理、可靠,并能保证产品质量。
The technological property of the curled round part is analyzed.The whole structure and layout design of the particular progressive die for the part is introduced.Practices show that the die structure is reasonable and reliable,and can ensure the product quality.It has significant refˉerence value to the design of the progressive die for similar parts.
