摘要 1992年英国开始设立工程博士学位。工程博士计划面向英国工业需要 ,兼取美国博士生教育重视课程学习和德国工程博士培养重视工程实践的长处 ,同时强调管理知识的学习和相关能力的培养 ,独具特色。英国工程博士不仅在学位要求上与哲学博士各有侧重 ,而且在组织形式和培养模式上也是独具匠心。
