摘要
本文从分析虚拟企业的特点出发,系统研究了虚拟企业组织运行的基础平台、运行机 制、模式及关键成功因素,初步构建了关于虚拟企业组织运行环境与模式的基本研究框架,为深 入研究虚拟企业的组织运行打下了理论基础。
The paper, based on an analysis of the characteristics of virtual enterprises, systematically studies the infra-structure, operation mechanism, model and determining factors of the virtual enterprise, formulates a preliminary framework for its operation, and thus lays a theoretical foundation for further research work in the field.
