摘要
以丙二酸和乙醇为原料,以硅胶负载硫酸钛为催化剂,合成丙二酸二乙酯,确定了酯化优化条件:乙醇与丙二酸的摩尔比3 5,催化剂用量2 0 g,反应时间2 5 h。结果表明,催化剂的催化活性高,反应条件温和,方法简便,酯产率可达98%,而且催化剂可重复使用。
Diethyl malonate was synthesized from malonic acid and ethandiol as raw material using titanic sulfate supported on silica gel as the catalyst.The optimum conditions were determined as follows:the molar ratio of ethandiol to malonate 3.5,dosage of catalyst 2.0g,reaction time 2.5h.The result showed that the catalyst had high catalytic activity with mild reaction conditions and convenient operation.The yield of the diethyl malonate could be up to 98% and the catalyst could be repeatedly used.
