局限型胸膜间皮瘤四例报告及文献复习

Localized Pleural Mesothelioma-Report of Four Cases and Review of Literature

本文报告局限型胸膜间皮瘤四例，其中良性１例，恶性３例。并复习文献对其病因、诊断、治疗问题进行了讨论。提出胸部外伤和胸膜间皮瘤可能存在一定关系，主张早期彻底手术切除病灶，对局限型恶性胸膜间皮瘤采取手术为主的综合治疗。

Localized pleural mesothelioma is rare. Four cases treated surgically in our hospital are herein presented.In this series,one arised from parietal and three from visceral pleura,and one was benign and three were malignant.The result of treatment was satisfactory in all chest X-ray examination often revealed to be a solitary,homogeneous and circumscribed or semicircumscribed lesions attached to the chest wall iocated within periphery of the lung or in the interlobar fissure.Treatment for localized pleural rnesothelioma is early surgical removal.For malignant lesions,surgical treatment should be combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
