摘要
研制了腰果酚缩甲醛二乙烯三胺(PCD);并对其固化环氧树脂(ER)的形成过程以及产物PCD-ER的性能等进行研究.结果表明,适量的二乙烯三胺([D]≤7.47%)与PC缩聚制得的PCD,其固化ER的产物,涂膜理化性能、贮存稳定性较佳,尤其具有优异的耐酸、碱性能.红外光谱结果表明,PC中羟甲基先与多元胺中氨基发生缩合反应,接着其侧链氧化交联聚合成PCD;PCD固化ER的过程中环氧基开环与氨基活泼氢发生加成反应,从而引起PCD-ER的进一步交联聚合。
An experimental study was made on the process of anacardol aldehyde diethylenetriamine polymer's(PCD)solidifying epoxy resin and the properties of the product of this process,PCD-ER. The results showed that the PCD-ER, obtained by the polycondensation between a proper quantity of diethylenetriamine(≤7.47%)and PC, has better physical and chemical properties in film, better stability of storage, and excellent acidproof and alkaliproof property. The results of Infrared Spectrum showed that first a condensation reaction took place between the hydroxymethy in PC with the aminonaphthalene in multi-amine, then the side-chain was oxygenated and polymerized with PCD. Under the addition of epoxy group in ER and the active hydrogen in aminonaphthalene in PCD, the PCD-ER was further crosslinked and polymerizated in the process of solidification.
