The integration between the modern technology and the physical education is the development trend in modern education. This paper deals with the current situation and the prominent questions concerning the integration between the modern technology and the physical education. The teaching effect has been greatly improved through deepening the innovation of education-reform, optimizing the teaching structure so as to stimulate the students' interest.
