摘要
运用文献资料和专家访谈的方法对中老年健身跑的科学锻炼方法展开探讨。随着社会的日益进步和人民群众物质文化生活水平的逐渐提高 ,广大人民群众在追求物质文明和精神文明的同时 ,更注重自己的健康状况。健身跑作为一项普及性的全民健身运动 ,广泛的被中老年朋友接受。经常进行健身锻炼 ,对人体大有益处 ,它能增强和提高心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统和肝脏等的功能 ,达到防病治病、延年益寿的效果。
By means of documents analysis and talks with experts,this paper discusses the body building run of the middle old aged.With the development of substance and life standard,people pay attention to their health as well.Body building run as a national popularized movement was accepted by the middle old aged.Body exercise was helpful for people.It can strength and improve respiratory,digestive,meritorious system as so on,prevent and cure disease,last your life.
