一株对马铃薯瓢虫幼虫具有高活性的苏云金杆菌新菌株

A New Isolated Strain WZ-9 of Bacillus thuringiensis with Insecticidal Activity Against Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata

从河北省土壤中分离了一株苏云金杆菌WZ 9,通过对其生物学特性和杀虫活性的研究发现,该菌株对马铃薯瓢虫幼虫具有特异性高效杀虫活性,LC50为2.95×107细胞/mL;而对鳞翅目的菜青虫、棉铃虫、玉米螟、甜菜夜蛾、黄粉虫等几种重要害虫均无效。

The insecticidal activities and biological characteristics of B. thuringiensis WZ-9 strain isolated from a soil sample of Hebei Province are reported in this paper. Bioassay results show that the WZ-9 strain exhibited potent larviciddal toxicity to Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata larvae, no insecticdal activity to larvae of Lepidoptera insects including Helicoverpa armigera, Laphygma exigua, Pieris rapae, Ostrinia furnacalis and Tenebrio molitor.
