风湿性二尖瓣疾病肺小血管壁厚度半定量分析与肺循环动力学变化的关系

The Relationship between Pathological Changes of Pulmonary Vessels with Quantitative Analysis and Pulmonary Hemodynamic Changes in Rheumatic Mitral Valve Disease

摘要 本研究采用图像分析系统对12例风湿性二尖瓣疾病患者肺小血管进行了定量分析,并分析了肺小血管壁厚度半径比值(WT/R)与手术前后肺动脉压、全肺阻力及肺动脉压和全肺阻力术后下降百分比之间的关系,进一步明确了肺小血管病理与肺高压密切相关。 By the use of image analysis system,micropathological changes of pulmonary vessels were studied quantitatively in l2 patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease.Correlation was made between the ratio of pulomnary vessel wall thickness to radius(WT/R)and the preoperative and postoperative pulmonary arterial pressure(PAP)and totoal pulmonary arterial resistance(TPAR),and percentage of dropped PAP and TPAR after mitral valve replacement.It further defined that there was correlation between the pathological changes of pulmonary vessels and pulmonary hypertension. It also confirmed that the postoperative pulmonary hypertension was significantly correlated to the lesions of pulmonary vessels.
