摘要 近来一些研究表明 ,胃腔定植菌在院内感染性肺炎的发生中起着重要的作用。现就胃腔→口咽部→呼吸道感染途径的研究作一综述。 Gastric bacteria colonization has been proved to pla y a significant role in the development of nosocomial pneumonia recently.In this p aper,the retrograde route of infection from stomach to oropharynx to lower respi ratory tract is summarized.
