摘要
对分解纤维素真菌及细菌的种类,纤维素酶的组成和分类,分子结构、作用机理,纤维素酶基因工程及研究展望进行了综述。
Studies on the classification of eubacterium and bacterium to decompose cellulose, the constitution, classification, molecular structure, mechanism, gene engineering and research expectation of cellulase were summarized in this paper.
