摘要 目的 探讨环氧化酶 2 (COX - 2 )和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在宫颈癌中的表达及其与宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测COX - 2、VEGF在 6 8例宫颈癌、 14例正常宫颈组织中的表达。结果 COX - 2和VEGF蛋白在宫颈癌和正常宫颈组织中的表达差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。COX - 2蛋白表达与宫颈癌分化程度、组织学类型、淋巴结转移等显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;VEGF蛋白表达与宫颈癌临床分期、淋巴结转移有显著相关 (P <0 0 5 )。宫颈癌中VEGF与COX - 2的表达密切相关。结论 COX - 2和VEGF 2种蛋白与宫颈癌的发生发展相关 ,并在宫颈癌的侵袭转移中起一定作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and their relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer.Methods The expression of COX-2 and VEGF were examined i mmunohistochemically in 68 cases of cervical cancer and 14 of normal cervix.Results The positive rate of COX-2 and VEGF were significantly different between the cervical carcinoma and normal cervix.The expression of COX-2 in cervical cancer was significantly related to the histological subtypes,the metastasis of lymph node and the differentiation(P<0.05);while the expression of VEGF was related to clinical stages,the metastasis of lymph node(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was closely associated with COX-2(P<0.01).Conclusions The expression of COX-2 and VEGF are related to the oncogenesis and development of cervical cancer and they may play important roles in the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
