断指再植187例体会

Realization of Replantation Severed Fingers in 187 Cases

目的 总结断指再植经验,提高断指再植的成功率。方法 1994年10月-2003年6月,对各类完全离断手指187例239指实施断指再植。结果239个断指再植术后存活227指。对再植成活的患者进行随访6个月-5年。按对断指再植功能评定标准评定,优143指,良62指。总优良率达到90.3％。结论 断指再植术中高质量的血管吻合及血管缺损的正确处理,术后血管危象的防治,是再植成功的关键。功能锻炼是手指功能恢复的重要步骤。

Objective To summarize the experience of replantation severed fingers to increase the rate of success. Methods From October, 1994 to June,2003, we completed the operation of 239 severed fingers in 187 cases. Results 227 fingers survived in 239 fingers after operation. The follow-up period ranged 6 months to 5 years to the survival fingers. According to functional standard of severed fingers replantation, excellent in 143 fingers, good in 62 fingers, the rate of excellent and good was 90. 3%. Conclusions The key of the success was anastomosis blood vessels qualitatively and treatment blood vessels coloboma with accuracy, prevention of blood vessels spasm. Doing functional exercise was the important step of fingers function redintegration.
