细胞因子TNF-α和TSGF在恶性肿瘤中的检测价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和恶性肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)在恶性肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和化学法分别检测了67例恶性肿瘤患者,19例良性疾病患者和30例正常人血清中的TNF-α和TSGF的含量。结果 恶性肿瘤患者血清中TNF-α和TSGF的含量均明显高于正常对照组及良性疾病组(P<0.01)。TNF-α的阳性率为85.07%,TSGF的阳性率为77.61%,两者总阳性率为92.54%。结论 恶性肿瘤患者血清中TNF-α和TSGF的含量均明显升高,联合检测有助于提高恶性肿瘤诊断的灵敏度。 Objective To explore the values of determination of TNF-α and TSGF in diagnosis of malignant tumor. Methods The levels of TNF-α and TSGF in sera of the tumor patients were quanti tated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemical assay, respectively. Results The levels of TNF-α and TSGF were significantly higher in malignant tumor patients than those in normal controls and benign tumor (P < 0. 01). The positive rates of TNF-α and TSGF in malignant tumor patients were 85. 07% and 77. 61% , respectively. The positive rate of combined determination of TNFα and TSGF was 92. 54% in tumor patients. Conclusions The present data suggest that the syntheses of TNF-α and TSGF increase in malignant tumor, and the combined determination of TNF-α and TSGF is helpful to raise sensitivity of diagnosis of malignant tumor.
