经食管左心房阻抗血流图及其临床应用

Transesophageal atrial impedance rheogram in accessory diagnosis of heart disease

作者分别给２０例健康人与２８例心脏病人作经食管左心房阻抗血流图描记，健康人Ａ波为倒置等腰三角形，而二尖瓣狭窄伴左心房内径增大的病例，其Ａ波均增宽，并呈倒置的梯形，谷底常前移，作者称此为＂二狭型Ａ波＂。本文就其特征作了校详细的描述与介绍，并对其临床意义展开讨论。

In the present study the transesophageal atrial impedance rheogram was applied in 20 healthy people and 28 patients with cardiac disease.A-waves in normal people presented inverted isosceles triangles,while in the patients with mitraI stenosis and left atrial dilatation A-waves were wider inverted trapezoid with the forward troughs,which were called by the author 'A-wave of mitral stenosis type'.The detailed description and the clinical significance of transesophageal atrial impedance were given in this paper.
