阴道B超下子宫内膜形态与试管婴儿成功率的关系 被引量:23

摘要 目的:探讨阴道B超下子宫内膜形态与试管婴儿临床妊娠的关系。方法:对子宫内膜形态进行分型,回顾性研究124例拟行试管婴儿患者HCG注射日及取卵日阴道 B超下子宫内膜类型、厚度与临床妊娠的关系。结果:HCG注射日及取卵日的内膜厚度与妊娠无关,内膜厚度<7 mm者无 1 例妊娠,但在 HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度≥12 mm者其临床妊娠率升高。HCG注射日的内膜类型与妊娠无关,而取卵日的内膜类型与妊娠密切相关,取卵日的 B型内膜对临床妊娠具有预测意义。结论:阴道B超下子宫内膜形态对预测试管婴儿有一定意义。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of transvaginal sonographic endometrial appearance with the clinical pregnancy by in vitro fertilization (IVF).Methods:Three different types of endometrial patterns could be distinguished.The pattern and the thickness of the endometrium as assessed by transvaginal sonography were prospective evaluated in 124 patients undergoing IVF treatment.The measurements were made on the day of HCG injection and ovum picking up. Results: The endometrial thickness on the day of HCG injection and ovum picking up was negatively correlated with clinical pregnancy.No pregnancy occurred when the endometrial thickness was less than 7mm.But on the day of HCG injection,endometrial thickness ≥12mm improved pregnancy rate.Endometrial pattern on the day of HCG injection had no relation with clinical pregnancy,but type B endometrium on the day of ovum picking up was positively correlated with clinical pregnancy.Conclusion:Transvaginal sonographic evaluation of endometrial appearance may be an indicator of the likelihood of achieving pregnancy by in-vitro fertilization.
