摘要
悬索桥缆索用镀锌钢丝包括主缆钢丝、吊索钢丝和绕包钢丝。对国内外主缆镀锌钢丝的性能进行对比,分析主要技术参数和关键工艺,提出盘条索氏体化、焊接点的剪切和规圆处理 3个方面的改进。介绍吊索钢丝的性能要求及生产工艺;对圆型和S(Z)型绕包镀锌钢丝主要技术参数进行对比,并给出生产工艺和技术要求。
Galvanized wire for suspension bridge cable includes main cable, sling and winding package steel wire. Comparing properties of main cable galvanized wire made at home and abroad, main technology parameters and key process are analyzed. Three aspects improvement such as patented wire rod, cutting welding part and ruling round are put forward. Property requires and production process of sling steel wire are introduced. Main technology parameters between round and S(Z) type winding package steel wire are compared, production process and technology requirement are given.
