Trial Production of ML35 Cold Heading Wire Rod

通过转炉冶炼、LF精炼和高线轧制,生产的冷镦盘条化学成分和力学性能满足标准要求.生产的φ5.5,6.5,8,10mm盘条的金相组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒度8～9级,脱碳层小于0.03mm,盘条的一般疏松1.03级,中心疏松1.37级,偏析级别均值为1.39,经用户使用满足冷镦要求.

By revolving furnace smelting,LF refining and high speed wire rod rolling,the cold heading steel wire rods are produced,whose chemical composition and mechanical property meet the needs of national standard.The microstructure of the produced wire rod with diameters of 5.5,6.5,8 and 10 millimeter are ferrite adding pearlite,the grain size is grade 8 to 9,the decarbonization layer depth is less than 0.03mm,the general looseness of the wire rod is grade 1.03,center looseness is grade 1.37,average segregation is 1.39,which satisfy the consumers’cold heading requirements.
