我国石油供求现状、问题及改善对策

石油是重要的能源与基础性产品,与国民经济有着极其密切的关系。我国目前石油业面临的问题是:石油供求失衡不断扩大;对石油进口的依赖越来越严重;对国际石油供应的担心日益加大。在这种情况下,如何确保石油供应已成为我国目前面临的最重要、也是最迫切的课题。本文在对我国石油供求现状、进口原油价格问题进行分析之后,指出了我国在石油供求、石油业市场化等方面存在的问题,在此基础上就如何改善我国石油供求结构失衡等问题提出若干对策建议。

Petroleum is an important raw material, and has strong relationship with economy The issues confronted by Chinese petroleum industry are the large imbalance between supply and demand, the high dependence on imports and global oil supply disruption Under such circumstances, how to ensure the oil supply has become the most important and urgent task for the Chinese government In this article, I first analyze the situation of supply and demand of China's oil, the price of imported oil, then I point out the problems existing in the petroleum industry At the end I make some proposals to resolve the imbalance situation between supply and demand of oil in China
